All payments for the Service are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By using the Service, You agree to be bound by Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at https://razorpay.com/terms and https://razorpay.com/privacy.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
The Service or some parts of the Service may be available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.
At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless You cancel it or harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate) cancels it.
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal either through Your Account settings page or by contacting harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate) at support@harhar.ai. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period, and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.
You shall provide harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate) with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, email address, and a valid payment method. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate), in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Subscription period.
We will provide You with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give You an opportunity to terminate Your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes Your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.

When You create an account with harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate), You must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with our Service or a third-party social media service.
You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
Our Service allows You to upload documents and other content for the purpose of using the Chatbot/RAG Service. You are responsible for the Content that You upload to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By uploading Content to the Service, You grant harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to You. You retain all rights to Your Content.
You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is Yours (You own it) or You have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the uploading of Your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.
harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate) is not responsible for the content of the Service's users. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not upload any Content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality, including the AI technology used to generate reports and power the Chatbot/RAG Service, are and will remain the exclusive property of harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate) and its licensors.
The AI-Generated Reports are owned by harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate), but You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for Your personal or business purposes.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall harhar.ai (part of Rexled conglomerate) or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
